HISTORY OF THE ROSEY PUB

The Rosedale Hotel has stood since 1858.  It was built by Paul Cansick and William Allen. The hotel was a center of social activity in Rosedale in the 1850s and early 1960s. The hotel complex is significant for its architecture and its associations with pioneer settlers.
